⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buying my first jet ski was a big commitment, so I spent a lot of time comparing dealerships and pricing before making my decision. One thing I really appreciated about DeLand Motorsports was their transparency. Their pricing was available online, and when I got to the dealership, everything matched exactly as discussed—no surprises or hidden fees. While they weren’t the absolute lowest price, their pricing was still more than fair and gave me no reason to go anywhere else. What ultimately earned my business wasn’t just the numbers—it was the people. Oliver was outstanding from start to finish. He understood this was a big purchase for me and never made me feel pressured. He was genuine, answered my questions over several conversations, and worked through every detail with me before I ever had to come into the dealership. That level of honesty and communication made all the difference. I also didn’t have a trailer yet. Even though they had trailers available, I explained that I wanted to find a used one to save some money. There was never any pressure to buy one from them. Instead, they offered to hold my jet ski at the dealership until I found a trailer. That alone showed me they genuinely cared more about earning my trust than making another sale. A big thank you to Jon, the manager, for introducing himself, making sure everything Oliver and I discussed was accurate, and ensuring I was completely comfortable moving forward with my purchase. They even stayed open more than an hour after closing so I could make it there after work. Customer service like this is hard to find. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s honest, transparent, and treats you like a person instead of just another sale, I highly recommend DeLand Motorsports.

July 2026, update for my previous reviews. I brought my ATV in for service. I love how Zach under promises and then over delivers every time! Zach had it ready a lot faster than he said he probably could and of course it ran smooth as soon as I got it. This is why we keep buying outdoor products from DeLand Motorsports and wouldn't go any place else. Update from our earlier review, (see below). I brought our four wheeler in for service and Blake was terrific! He helped me decide exactly what I needed to have done. Blake gave me a quote and when I came back to pick it up, it was just what he said it would be. And it was completed earlier then promised too! As I was heading out I noticed a side-by-side that was just exactly what we’ve been needing for the farm. I stepped inside and spoke with Josh. He was very helpful explaining the difference between it and other models, and what it was capable of versus the others. Ben also helped fill in some information and I was sold. They gave me a great deal on a Kimco side-by-side and didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. Once again, great service, great sales, and they treated me right. Josh even put on a new hitch for me at no charge! This is why we keep coming back to DeLand Motorsports! Previous review: We just made our second purchase from DeLand Motorsports and we could not have been treated any better than we were. We were looking to trade in our older Yamaha 4-wheeler on a new one, but since they carry Suzuki and we’d had such a pleasant experience with them when we purchased our Wave Runner (Ben was our salesman and he was great!) we did our research on line to see what they had. I called DeLand Motorsports and was put in touch with Pine. He is a new salesman there but really knew what he was talking about and helped me make the right decision between models and even offered a couple of options on others. We ended up purchasing a Suzuki King Quad and are really pleased with it. From the time I first called, through the entire purchase, the staff was great. When I came down with our trade in, Pine met me at the door, got the staff to look at my trade, got the paperwork done and then Brent in Finance took several minutes to explain the options they offered for additional coverage, giving me enough time to consider what we really needed. Everyone in the place treated me with respect and made the experience easy. Their motto is “Visit DeLand Motorsports today and see how we treat customers like family.” I have to say that is exactly what they do, from Amanda the receptionist to Pine and Ben the salesmen to Brent in Finance, to Mark in service, they are just a great group of people; honest, fair and pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Today, I had an incredible experience at DeLand Motorsports. Oliver and his team made our visit even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining everything to us and going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Last minute decision and I believe the right decision. Kaylee had everything put together in a matter of minutes. I knew what I wanted and she made it happen. Everything was straight forward and up front from the get go. When I arrived Tommy was there and took me through the sale. Everything was laid out as Maylee and I had discussed. What I had agreed to was followed to a tee. I wasn't close or just about. It was exactly to the penny. Tommy did make everything feel comfortable. I was at ease though everything. That was a pleasure surprise. Thanks for the time and making feel at ease. The last few weeks have been everything but easy. My only thought was I wish I had started shopping here first. Everyone was very knowledgeable which helped. Definitely the place to shop...
